Dev builds /sitrep skill to summarize multi-agent project state in one command
kevinkern · x · 2026-10-14
Developer Kevin Kern shares a custom /sitrep skill for juggling multiple agent projects: it freshly collects state from agent threads, run logs and task trackers, then reports in a fixed template — a two-sentence summary, numbered decisions with options and consequences (recommended one as A), and short tables for work in progress and blockers. The user can reply with a single line like "1 A, 2 done" to keep agents moving. Screenshots show it coordinating a multi-agent WebGL game build.
