Ahead of RTX Spark laptops shipping Friday, Oct. 16, NVIDIA says the community is releasing the first PyTorch-CUDA build for Windows on Arm (CUDA 13.4 nightly for now), a native Python 3.15 build, and a native Conda installer with 2,000+ packages; 97% of the top 15,000 Python wheels are reportedly ready. The laptops offer up to 128GB unified memory and 1 petaflop of AI compute. Author's tip: run a trusted notebook on day one and log every failing import as your real compatibility report.
