Agent arcade scoreboard exposes a bot that made zero tool calls in a month

BkashJosi shared how he monitors his Hermes bots: an arcade scoreboard where score = real tool calls in the last 30 days. Of 9 bots, Ruth ran 7 times with zero tool calls all month; leader Sanvith logged 4,094 calls — 62% of the team's 6,573 total; Sabiska quietly dropped from 133 to 0 this week. Takeaway: if an agent talks but never acts, it isn't working — a simple call count catches silently dead agents.
