Karimzadeh et al. released a bioRxiv preprint presenting Pythia, a structure-aware model plus a high-resolution protein-RNA binding atlas for post-transcriptional regulatory modeling. The team spans UCSF, Arc Institute, Helmholtz Munich and more (including David Kelley and Bo Wang), and aims to understand why the model makes its binding predictions.
