The blogger once furiously mocked people hyping strawberry, GPT-5 AGI and 'sparks of AGI' as clueless, insisting LLMs can never be more than knowledge aggregators. Now he quote-tweets his own rant to self-deprecate: it aged well in a way he didn't intend, admitting he shouldn't have talked like that. A classic AI-circle flag-planting facepalm moment.
