Prime Intellect acquires Moondream, the two-person open vision model lab

Prime Intellect has acquired Moondream, the tiny open vision-model team dubbed a "two-man frontier lab." Moondream's open vision models and inference optimizations will be folded into Prime Intellect's stack for training and deploying multimodal models across vision, video, voice, decision models and computer use, with hires to scale multimodality and inference.
