Video editor vibe-codes ComfyUI nodes that cut AI video degradation in half
roychodraws · reddit · 2026-10-14
A video editor (self-described vibe coder) open-sourced a ComfyUI node pack, h3-pullforward, that fights frame degradation in AI video: a motion mask tags pixels as moving vs. stable via diagnostic latent decodes, then stable latents from earlier clips are pulled forward to repair later frames. Combined with xyzdist's FL2V resampling, degradation appears to halve while backgrounds stay stable. He also shipped nodes for batch-loading segmented audio from a directory and an audio splitter.
