Google Cloud Run adds SSH access to running containers in preview

Google Cloud is adding SSH support for Cloud Run (in preview with select customers):
- Developers can SSH directly into a running Cloud Run container
- Use cases: advanced troubleshooting and inspecting the container's file system on the fly
- One command gets you a secure interactive shell: gcloud run services ssh SERVICE
It fills a long-missing debugging gap for serverless users.
