Maxime Beauchemin, original creator of Apache Airflow and Apache Superset, has launched Agor Cloud into open beta — an orchestration platform for AI agents.
- Origin: started a year ago to track his own agent sessions scattered across terminals
- Core features: brings Git branches, long-running sessions, tool activity, model handoffs, and human decisions onto shared live boards; teammates can follow work in real time, add context, and inspect sessions
- Knowledge capture: useful methods are preserved as versioned knowledge and skills, with support for persistent AI teammates
- He argues coordination will become a bigger part of AI engineering as teams move beyond one person running one agent
