Indra OCR ships on pip with a built-in viewer to test speed and settings

VikParuchuri announces ongoing improvements to Indra OCR, including more language support and accuracy gains. The tool installs via pip install indra-ocr, and running indra-ocr-viewer launches an app to benchmark speed and try different settings. Feedback is welcome.
