Runway launches MCP to generate video inside ChatGPT, Claude and Cursor

Runway officially launched Runway MCP, bringing image and video generation into ChatGPT, Claude, Grok Bot, Cursor, Replit and other agent environments. The flagship demo connects Runway to Replit to generate images, video and assets inside a project from first idea to finished site.
- Setup: install the Runway plugin at chatgpt.com/plugins, sign in, then mention @Runway in any chat
- Showcase workflows: 19 examples including one-prompt product commercials (a moka pot espresso ad), five-shot brand films, animated stories, and UGC-style content
- Now listed in the ChatGPT app directory; enterprises signing by 10/31 get 2 months free
