Open-source layer runs Diablo II: Resurrected natively on iPhone at 60 fps, no emulator

Developer jhaizhou-ops open-sourced d2r-mobile, an iOS/macOS compatibility layer that runs Diablo II: Resurrected on iPhone, iPad and Mac — no streaming, no emulator.
The trick: since Switch and iPhone share the ARM architecture, most of the original game binary runs natively with only a few instructions patched; graphics are re-wired to Metal. Result: stable 60 fps and 1 second load times.
The project also adds endgame modes like Greater Rifts and Boss Rush, save sync, and a power-saving mode. MIT-licensed with 1k stars; no game assets included — you must supply your own Switch copy.
