Jonathan Blow is back: his new game Order of the Sinking Star was featured by both The New York Times and BBC.
- The NYT piece says he made "500 hours of puzzles to explode your mind," and ran a print spread calling it a big swing from the developer-philosopher behind Braid and The Witness.
- Reports suggest it may be the biggest puzzle game ever: The Witness takes 25 hours to finish, while this game packs 500 hours. Blow expected a two-to-three-year project; seven years in, he realized he was only halfway done.
- The game continues his childhood obsession with how the universe runs, and ships with a new programming language.
- BBC interviewed Blow on making the "biggest puzzle game ever."
