RCM agent build: 59/60 accurate, $250/month, 6 weeks on safety not tokens

An investor shares a portfolio company's RCM (revenue cycle management) agent build:
- In April the question was "can an agent do this safely?" Now it's "cost per task, and who signs off when it's wrong?"
- Plugging in the model was the fastest part; building safety, security and testing took the full six weeks
- It answered 59 of 60 real questions correctly against a pre-written scorecard
- $250/month to run, giving analysts back 15 hours a week
The expensive part was never the tokens — it's proving the answer is right every time the model, data or vendor changes.
