According to Bloomberg, Epic Games will use AI to generate code and art for an unannounced Disney game, now delayed from its original March window. Developers received an 'AI-first' mandate directing them to use tools like Anthropic's Claude; one director told staff 'no more hand-written code,' and all art will be 'generated with full AI workflows.' Epic spokesperson Jake Jones confirmed the company is 'embracing AI-accelerated development.'
