A Reddit user released a 4-bit W4A8 build of microsoft/Mage-Flow running on ComfyUI's native quantized kernels, plus a small accuracy recovery adapter (ARA) that brings quality back toward the BF16 original; an optional INT8 text encoder cuts another 3.7 GB, for 8.9 GB total.
