OBVPM timeline workflow v0.1.4-007 fixes joins, audio sync and multi-shot upscaling for MiniMax H3

The open-source OBVPM timeline workflow for MiniMax H3 (ComfyUI) gets a major bug-fix release:
- Upscaling: timelines no longer need to be one continuous generation — multi-segment, hard-cut and even gap-containing timelines upscale as a whole, with per-sequence upscaling auto-merged and audio de-clicked at cuts. Upscales now respect your trims instead of processing cut-away footage.
- Extending/prepending: fixed repeated frames when prepending into trimmed clips; new takes now take over one latent step earlier, cutting visible detail pops at joins by roughly a third; very short takes can be extended by reusing latents they already contain.
- Audio sync: fixes an 8.3ms audio skip at extend joins and a 25ms skip/repeat during upscale.
