Hugging Face's Token Arcade turns constrained decoding into a playable browser game
Hugging Face · youtube · 2026-10-13
Hugging Face released Token Arcade, a game that makes structured output and constrained decoding intuitive: the model's top next-token prediction can still break the rules. Players inspect next-token probabilities, pick a card, and see whether it's allowed — e.g. a capital letter violating a "heads or tails" rule — then build a valid JSON creature one token at a time.
Built with Transformers.js, inference runs locally in the browser via WebGPU. Playable on HF Spaces, code on GitHub.
