EmbeddingGemma 2 ported to Apple Neural Engine with unified multimodal embeddings

The getEverPaper team ported Google's EmbeddingGemma 2 to Apple Core AI, running on the Mac's Neural Engine. The model embeds text, images, and audio into a single vector space for multimodal retrieval, and the port is released open source under Apache-2.0.
