Parsing JSON at tens of GB/s in Python: free-threaded 3.14 hits 65.7 GB/s on 64 cores

Daniel Lemire published an article showing that Python 3.14's free-threaded build (python3.14t) enables real multi-threaded parallelism within a single process now that the GIL no longer restricts execution. Benchmarks on 64 cores show fastsimd with lazy views reaching 65.7 GB/s, fastsimd mapmany at 29.8 GB/s, msgspec typed Struct at 24.6 GB/s, versus just 3.17 GB/s for the standard library module.
