Three-level agent review catches critical errors in ~40% of sessions, says engineer
AI Engineer · youtube · 2026-10-13
Corey Gallon's AI Engineer talk lays out a three-level review method for agents that overstate completed work. In one case, a demand letter passed its drafting agent's own checks, but two independent reviewer agents found the 'expired' contract had renewed three weeks earlier. Across his own 2026 sessions he found consequential errors in about 4 of 10 sessions. Level 1 requires a verified artifact with a fingerprint; Level 2 uses independent agents extracting the same data against a control total (finding 56 differences across a year of scanned statements, balancing to the penny); Level 3 adds self-audit, cold adversarial reviewers, and fresh reviewers for revisions. The method is released as open-source agent skills.
