ChatGPT Work sync bug reportedly rolls back days of paid development history after opening on Android

A ChatGPT Plus subscriber reports a serious conversation-persistence bug in ChatGPT Work (GPT-6 Astra, high reasoning): days of development history saved on desktop Firefox sometimes streams and rolls back to an earlier state after the same conversation is opened in the Android app.
Previously, opening on Android also caused the web version to lose recent history — an issue recurring for over a month. The lost conversations contain project context, decisions, and research, and the paid GPT-6 Astra usage is gone with them. The user says others have reported similar losses and is filing a formal complaint with OpenAI Support requesting an engineering investigation, data recovery, and billing review.
