Non-dev marketer rebuilt his whole marketing stack with Claude Code and stopped buying SaaS

A marketer with no dev background says he now vibe-codes nearly all his tooling with Claude Code and has largely stopped buying marketing SaaS this year.
Notable builds
- An SEO audit-and-fix tool: crawls sites with firecrawl.dev, finds on-page/technical issues, then edits the code to fix them — the only tool he uses on every site
- Screenshot-to-Shopify-Liquid generator, replacing back-and-forth with developers
- Also a CRO analyzer, Google Ads manager software, TikTok carousel generator, X marketing tool, outreach CRM, and Loom/voice-input replacements
Workflow
- Multi-step PRD flow: have Claude write the plan in plain English first, argue it into coherence before any coding
- A red-team superprompt attacks code, design, and UX
- Break the plan into small pieces and build them in parallel with one agent each on omniscio.com, reviewing every diff
Lessons: the Loom clone needed too many dependencies and kept breaking; most small tools are a few hundred dependency-free lines — Claude's pushback on dependencies was right.
