Anthropic × Adaptyv protein design challenge 3: design a protein to activate GLP1R
victorgreiff · x · 2026-10-13
Challenge 3 of the Anthropic × Adaptyv Protein Design Competition is now live on proteinbase, and for the first time includes cell activation measurements. Contestants must design a protein that switches on GLP1R — the receptor targeted by semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy) and tirzepatide in type 2 diabetes and obesity treatment — putting AI-assisted protein design to a real functional test.
