Japanese dev sharpmaker released "Doko demo Rokehhan" (Location Scout): enter a place name or coordinates and it rebuilds the real streetscape in 3D from OpenStreetMap data and elevation, rendered as manga line art and screentone backgrounds. Adjustable area (200m–1km), light direction/height, lens, tone opacity and more; accepts KML/KMZ/GeoJSON; free, multilingual — search temporarily throttled due to traffic.
