Obsidian Reader plugin adds Doubao/Edge TTS voice reading for ebooks and AI RSS

The developer's Obsidian plugins Qiaomu Reader and Qiaomu AI RSS now support voice TTS: Reader gained txt/html/markdown rendering, and both integrate Doubao voice and Edge TTS cloud models for reading articles and ebooks aloud, with local small speech models also supported for real-time playback. Both plugins are live on the official Obsidian marketplace.
