Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei predicted AI models will do 'most, maybe all' of what software engineers do end-to-end within 6-12 months, shifting engineers to editors. dhh re-shared the prediction saying Dario turned out right, maybe even cautious, mocking critics who were convinced they knew better.
