Scoble says his friend Jeff's 2018 Model 3 (one of the first 10,000, Hardware 3) received an update that makes it drive very similarly to a Cybercab. He highlights that a distilled model is running on 'shitty cameras and a shitty computer,' praising Ashok Elluswamy's team as underrated — suggesting distillation brings near-latest autonomy to old hardware.
