Scoble: 2018 Model 3 on FSD 14.3 Lite now drives nearly identically to a Cybercab

Robert Scoble says a friend borrowed his 2018 Model 3 (one of the first 10,000 made, Hardware 3) and after updating to FSD 14.3 Lite it now drives very similarly to a Cybercab — hard to tell the difference.
He argues this shows Tesla's FSD team (@aelluswamy's) is underrated: a distilled model running on old cameras and modest compute can approach the driving quality of newer hardware, with implications for pushing the capability to the existing fleet.
