aigclink · x · 2026-10-13
The MiniCPM-V repo (26.6k GitHub stars) introduces MiniCPM-V 4.7, available in 35B-A3B and 1B variants — the 35B-A3B being the series' first MoE model — claiming a new performance-efficiency Pareto frontier while running locally.
Official charts plot average scores across MMSStar, MMMU-Pro, CharxivReasoning, BLINK and MathVista 2.5 against inference time: both variants sit at the top-left of the open-source cost-intelligence frontier, notably faster than Qwen3.5 and GLM4.6-V at comparable quality.
