Musk amplifies Grok Bot 'Memory Transfer' tool that imports your ChatGPT/Claude memories
elonmusk · x · 2026-10-13
Elon Musk shared Memory Transfer, a third-party Grok Bot by Brian that ports what Claude, ChatGPT, or other AIs already know about you into Grok, so you don't spend weeks re-explaining yourself.
Two migration paths:
- Paste a prompt into your old chat and send the answer to the bot;
- Or upload your full ChatGPT/Claude data export.
Each imported memory is reviewed one line at a time — only what you keep gets saved, tagged with source and timestamp, so another AI's guesses don't become facts.
