xAI rolls out 4-tier bundled subscriptions from $8 to $200, merging xAI and Cursor credits

xAI has launched a four-in-one subscription bundling Twitter, Cursor, Grokbot, and Grok, with four tiers: $8 (Plus, includes Twitter Premium), $30 (Premium, 4x usage), $100 (Super, 15x), and $200 (Ultra, 50x).
The key change: xAI API credits and Cursor API credits are now merged. Third-party model usage on Cursor will likely shrink, while Grokbot usage at least doubles on the $30+ plans. The author's take: a good deal if you mainly want Grokbot and don't care about Cursor's third-party models; existing users who grabbed the glitch-priced $99 plan should keep it.
