Per Variety, Prime Video has acquired global rights to 'Çukur: Vartolu,' an AI-generated spin-off film from Turkish powerhouse Ay Yapim's hit series 'Çukur' (known internationally as 'The Pit'), produced by its Singapore-based AI studio AI Yapim.
The same studio launched 'Castle Walls' on Prime Video in August, billed as the first show made end-to-end with AI to premiere on a major global streamer. The new deal signals that major streamers are moving from experimenting with AI-native content to regular acquisition.
