Obsidian plugin Qiaomu Reader adds Doubao TTS and local voice reading

The Obsidian plugin Qiaomu Reader now supports Doubao and Microsoft Edge TTS engines, plus a lightweight local speech model for real-time reading. It can read selected text and auto-turn pages through a whole book, resembling WeChat Read. Install via the official plugin marketplace by searching "qiaomu".
