Maker GEH00073 unveiled a stepper-motor version of the MicroLink Crawler, shrinking the body from 30x30mm (DC geared motor version) to 24x27mm. The crawler needs more torque than the author's inverted pendulum build, yet running current stays within 300mA. Photos show the two versions side by side and the finished robot wearing an M5Stack screen face.
