Instinct launches Concierge: an AI agent that makes phone calls and bookings for you

AI assistant product Instinct announced Instinct Concierge, a white-glove service where the agent handles high-touch cases such as making phone calls and high-end service bookings.
Examples given: booking a restaurant that doesn't take online reservations, getting on a dentist's cancellation list, or sorting out a cable bill. It rolls out slowly to the early access group starting today, with broader access to come.
One user suggested giving the agent its own phone number. Another sign of voice agents moving into real-world errands.
