First AI music video built in a week with an all open-source stack

Reddit user KiloLoco shared their first AI-generated song and music video, made in their first week of experimenting. The stack is almost entirely open source: YuE2 for song generation, Runpod Flash for hosted inference, their own Blockbuster Studio for video generation, with Claude Code only for lyrics and prompts — a replicable pipeline for independent creators.
