Anthropic × Adaptyv protein contest opens GLP-1R agonist challenge, extended to two weeks
nc_frey · x · 2026-10-13
Challenge 3 of the Anthropic × Adaptyv Protein Design Competition asks participants to design a protein that switches on GLP1R — the receptor targeted by semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy) and tirzepatide in type 2 diabetes and obesity. Designing GPCR binders is hard; agonists are next-level. All challenges, including Challenge 2 (TNFα), are extended to two weeks each.
