Copycat app rips Higgsfield's Genjutsu brand, hits 20k downloads monetizing via ads
SimplyAnnisa · x · 2026-10-13
A Higgsfield team member says someone cloned the Genjutsu brand with a "Highfield Genjutsu AI" app on the App Store, giving away the motion-transfer feature free and monetizing Higgsfield's 30M active users via in-app ads — already at 20k downloads and No.119 in Photo & Video. The team jokingly asks whether to sue or gift the developer API credits, while Higgsfield itself runs a 50% off Genjutsu API promo.
