SE3 Labs mapped 27 robot deployment companies across four axes. Full-stack players building robot and intelligence together include Figure, 1X, Agility Robotics, Dexterity, Sanctuary AI, Dyna, Rhoda AI, Sunday and Ambi. Industrial deployment is the biggest bucket (16: Ultra, Formic, Foundry Robotics, Robot.com, Watney, InLoop, Deft, Deploy, Manifold, etc.), plus home & laundry (Weave Robotics), field & heavy machinery (Field AI, Actor, Physical Turing, Atoms) and cross-platform (OpenMind, Dimensional, RobotLAB, MicroAGI).
Key data point: of the 18 deployment-only companies, 13 were founded in 2024 or later — suggesting founders now see the opportunity in starting from a customer's job, assembling the needed hardware and model vendors, and improving via real-world use.
