Muse fixes fast quota drain bug and resets Muse Code usage credits

Alexandr Wang announced that the issue causing unusually fast quota usage for muse wonder and muse wonder full has been identified and fixed, so usage against limits will drop significantly. As promised, Muse Code quotas have also been reset.
