Leaked NVIDIA slides reveal Factory AI blueprint with Nemoclaw agent framework

Confidential NVIDIA presentation slides (marked "do not distribute") have surfaced showing the company's roadmap for agentic AI in factories.
- Four-stage evolution: Perception AI (2013, detect/classify) → Generative AI (2019, synthetic datasets) → Agentic AI (2023, analyze/predict/act/decide) → today's Factory Agent that does cross-system reasoning and autonomous orchestration, e.g. spotting a solder-bridge defect and recommending adjusting the stencil aperture on Line 3.
- Factory Operations Blueprint (FOX): built around NVIDIA's in-house Nemoclaw agent framework, with a prompt/orchestration/observe-reason-act loop, pluggable Agent Harnesses and OpenShell, a skills & tools layer (video analytics, defect image generation, CAD-to-Sim2Ready, document analysis), and models like Nemotron and Cosmos, running on CPU/CUDA/LLM/memory-network infrastructure.
It's essentially the blueprint for productizing "giving factories a new AI brain", notable for how complete the agent orchestration stack plus skills/model ecosystem already looks.
