Funded 2-year postdoc: AI models to predict plant gene expression from DNA
anshulkundaje · x · 2026-10-13
Aarhus University's QGG center and Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory are hiring a fully funded 2-year postdoc in plant regulatory genomics and AI, starting April 1, 2027 (apply by Nov 20, 2026). The researcher will build novel sequence-to-expression deep learning models on new experimental datasets under the Denmark-funded GRASP project, including a 6-12 month research stay at CSHL. Contacts: Guillaume Ramstein (AU) and Peter Koo (CSHL).
