Scoble hails non-invasive BCI from Phantom Neuro after quadriplegic user demo
Scobleizer · x · 2026-10-13
Robert Scoble reports meeting a quadriplegic BCI research participant in Austin who, after a session with Phantom Neuro, called the non-invasive device hooked to his arm "the coolest thing he has ever used." Phantom Neuro just made the first Austin Deep Tech 50 list but is keeping its approach secret for now. Scoble argues robotics and BCIs will deeply change the human experience, notes Austin as a hotbed (home of Neuralink), and plans to share a list of neuroscientists and BCI companies.
