A Pro 20x user publicly flagged OpenAI: his account had 62,500 Codex credits granted with the plan, he never authorized Codex to use them, and now the balance is zero with no receipts or usage records to trace. He shared Codex's own analysis of his logs as evidence and asked OpenAI to investigate immediately.
