Customer-service AI company Fin launched its Fin Apex 2.0 series, fine-tuned from NVIDIA Nemotron 3 Super and Nano. Fin says the specialized models are fast, efficient, and that the performance gap over general frontier models is widening — in a backtest even Astra underperformed Apex on its tasks, suggesting strong value in domain-specific customization. NVIDIA AI publicly congratulated the team.
