rakyll: attacked for saying coding agents are progressing way too fast

Engineer rakyll (Jaana Dogan) recalls being personally attacked last year for saying coding agents are progressing too fast. She stands by it: having played with models since the early days with almost no quotas, she argues we need to pay far more attention to what's happening. Even if frontier adoption stays under 5%, the disruption is real — especially given that some hold an advantage in physical capacity — and she credits the researchers pushing these conversations forward in public.
