AI filmmakers at Busan camp map real production workflows, from character sheets to VFX

At Busan's InnoAsia AI Creators Camp, three filmmakers described AI production workflows: ILM alum Hong Jae Cheol (Viscode) has actors on controlled sets while AI generates environments and VFX artists finish; director Ahn Jaehong (Climax Studio) maps prompts and camera data through shot lists, storyboards, character sheets and keyframes; Dreamkite's Mark Wachholz frames AI co-creation as surrendering control for surprise. Hong's advice: make a character sheet, generate three shots, and check consistency.
