AnnaCiaunica · x · 2026-10-13
Hackers took control of Danfoss refrigeration management software, forcing freezers at 500 French supermarkets (Coopérative U, Intermarché, Carrefour, Monoprix, E.Leclerc) to heat to 50°C overnight, spoiling fresh and frozen food worth millions of euros. Older units without updatable security software were the main victims.
