DigitalOcean launches Agent Learning and Agent Data Services to catch agent failures early

DigitalOcean announced Agent Learning Services and Agent Data Services. The pitch: a new user's bank link fails, the agent says "try again later," and nothing shows in the logs — the goal is to catch and fix such agent bugs at the first user, not the four-hundredth.
